Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with Greek and EU consumer law (Law 2251/1994 & Directive 2011/83/EU).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches and tags.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings (studs, hoops, or any piercing jewelry)

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g. engraved or name pieces)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email at [email protected], stating your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send any products back without prior approval.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value jewelry, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
